We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Sales Engineer to join our team as we grow our IRRICAD™ client-base and sales, both nationally and globally. Bringing your proven relationship management skills, you’ll play a crucial role in taking potential customers on the journey of discovering what IRRICAD can do for their business, and securing our clientele into the future.

This role will see you:

  • Engaging with potential IRRICAD customers, including responding to queries and providing demonstrations to aid sales.
  • Utilising, maintaining, and updating our client relationship management system.
  • Producing promotional material for customers in collaboration with the wider IRRICAD team.
  • Providing back-up support for IRRICAD users and international distributors, including training where required.
  • Working with the support and development teams to identify new features for future development and the resolution of errors.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar technical role, preferably in the irrigation or the irrigation design industry.
  • Technical sales experience and use of CAD systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills – be able to navigate systems effectively and demonstrate software.
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude with hands-on problem-solving abilities, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Personable and can interact with a range of people including potential customers from varying backgrounds.
