Paul brings systems engineering expertise and a practical, hands‑on approach to Lincoln Agritech’s technology development. With a Master’s in Systems Engineering, he has worked across electronic design, embedded software, control theory, and sensor systems.
His career includes R&D engineering at British Aerospace and design work at Forge Europa, where he developed solid‑state LED lighting solutions. Known for his inventive mindset, Paul enjoys building and tinkering with devices that turn complex ideas into working solutions.
