Kirsty supports Lincoln Agritech’s greatest asset – its people. From facilitating workshops on engagement and wellbeing and interviewing candidates, to coordinating leadership opportunities, Kirsty creates a collaborative, supportive environment for staff.

With a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in employment relations, Kirsty brings extensive HR experience from roles across New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She has worked in diverse sectors including aviation, finance, legal services, marketing, transportation, and dairy, giving her a broad perspective on people and organisational development.
