Jo first joined Lincoln Agritech as a Research Scientist in 1996. Since then her role has evolved and she now coordinates the majority of Lincoln Agritech’s research investment activities, including project and contract management. She also leads Lincoln Agritech’s responses to major Government investment rounds, in particular the Endeavour Fund. Jo works still works closely with the biotechnology team and has been active in various commercialisation projects.

Jo received her a PhD from the University of Canterbury, specialising in molecular biology, plant viruses and crop resistance. She has six years’ post-doctoral experience in the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
