Jo coordinates Lincoln Agritech’s research investment activities, ensuring projects are well-managed and aligned to deliver real-world impact. She leads the company’s responses to major Government funding rounds, including the Endeavour Fund, and works closely with the biotechnology team on commercialisation initiatives.

With a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Canterbury and postdoctoral experience in the UK and New Zealand, Jo brings both scientific expertise and strategic leadership. Since joining Lincoln Agritech in 1996, she has played a key role in shaping research programmes that connect science with industry outcomes. Jo is an experienced senior manager and is committed to supporting early career researchers and emerging leaders within the company.
