Ash completed a Bachelor of Business at Massey University, majoring in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations. She then worked at Lyttelton Port Company for four and a half years in a variety of areas of HR, including recruitment, culture and transformation, and generalist HR support and coordination.
At Lincoln Agritech she undertakes a generalist role supporting our kaimahi (employees) in all people-related matters.
