Olivia Egerton

Olivia Egerton is founder of Studio Kotare, supporting organisations across the primary sectors, property development, not for profit and infrastructure to convert bold strategy into measurable commercial outcomes. She brings strong expertise in governance, strategy, stakeholder alignment, design thinking and long-term value creation. Olivia was the Chair of Te Hono, a partnership between leaders of Aotearoa New Zealand’s food and fibre sector, iwi, and government agencies focused on shifting the sector from volume to value.

She has also held governance and advisory roles with Te Atamira, Queenstown’s arts and cultural centre, The New Zealand Merino Company, Te Matatiki Toi Ora, The Arts Centre of Christchurch, and Ronald McDonald House South Island.

Olivia holds a Masters in Cultural Heritage from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Auckland.
