Janita joined Lincoln Agritech in September 2021.
She holds a of Master in Business Management, as well as Bachelor of Arts majoring in psychology and sociology.
Janita has a range of experience across human resource management, including a background in employment relations and recruitment in the healthcare sector
She is passionate about all areas of HR including diversity and inclusion, restorative practices, learning and development and how technology is shaping our people’s experiences at work.
